I had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique hotel in Arequipa. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with stylish decor and plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed was enormous and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the main square, making it convenient yet quiet. The staff, especially Jesus, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, helping us with taxi arrangements, dinner reservations, and even resolving a tour issue. The breakfast was more than adequate, with a variety of options including fresh juices, fruits, and pastries. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, great service, and excellent location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was a delightful experience. the location in a really quiet neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful stay. The hotel is just out of the center, allowing for a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms with lovely patio, offering a cozy and comfortable setting to relax in after a long day of exploring.
Everything was perfectly fine, couldn't ask for more!

The hotel is less nice than the pictures but it is ok. Staff is friendly.
We had breakfast one day around 7.30 and nothing was available: only two pieces of old sandwich bread for the two of us, no charcuterie,... When we finished around 8 they finally had put everything. Breakfast was said to start way before 7.30 though... Quite disappointing if breakfast is included!

The service was outstanding and we really liked the design of the room and the hotel. Everything was super clean and the employees friendly and helping. .
The only thing we didn t like was that the upper bedsheets were very heavy and too large and as for that slippy on the silkbedsheets.----> during the night i woke up and found the bedsheets half on the floor and myself freezing. this happened every night. next time i wouln t chose the silk bedsheets for that reason.

Great breakfast with fresh orange juice and a variety of fruits. The view from the rooftop is amazing, you get the chance to see the city from a unique perspective. The location is really close to the main square, which is very convenient.
The room was really small and the bed was not that comfortable. The walls are thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway.

Breakfast was really great, and the king size bed too.
Tiny TV, room facing noisy/busy street, room was not ready at 1.15 pm (we had to wait),.... Generally speaking, we expected more for a 8.9 (= fabulous) rating on Booked.net, but the price was OK (50% off deal).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a really quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect, just out of the center but still within easy distance of the old city area. The staff were great, always helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a really big bed. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a wide variety of fruits to choose from.
All was perfect during my stay.

The hotel was conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the city center, where we found historic buildings and diverse cultural spots. the rooms were comfortable enough and had clean bathrooms with hot water. the staff provided good service and the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of foods to choose from. We also enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor terrace.
We did have some trouble with the Wi-Fi connection, which was unreliable at times.
